TPN #41 - The Blues and Jazz Show

Although some say Dennis Hays’ talent is the result of frustration, the truth is he has an overactive imagination and bores easily. No, that’s not right. He just has many interests.

He lives with his wife and two children in upstate New York, USA with 5 cats and 2 dogs. By day, he escapes to his work as a consultant to the New York State government and, by night, he’s a father until the house quiets. Then, he creeps downstairs to his make-shift digital
imaging and audio studio where he continues his passions of both photography and podcasting.

None of that means anything, as he also seeks out new and unsigned blues and jazz artists for his late-night blues and jazz show on the Podcast Network. This, his hobby, fulfills that other side where he can appreciate art, instead of making it.

The Podcast Network invites you to “tune in” weekly to A Late Night Blues and Jazz Hangout and listen to Dennis’ latest finds of artists yet to be noticed.

    Hey dude,
Noticed that the music is from the PMN (aka Adam Curry’s baby). Was bit suprised about this.

  2. Dennis Hays Says:

Not a big surprise. They have some good artists there. However, my selections will be coming from all over the place… Magnatune, Garageband, and so forth. I just want to listen to some good stuff and, hopefully, share some of it.

All the music I play, however, has to be “pod safe”, so, for the first show, I went to PMN. BTW, Adam who? Never heard of him ;~>
